Roundup Extra is a non-selective foliar herbicide used to control annual and perennial grasses and broadleaf weeds such as: couch grass, common reed, creeping bentgrass, volunteer potato plants, colt’s-foot, field thistle, field mint, amphibious knotweed, cleavers, chickweed, prostrate knotweed, etc. 
Less sensitive species include: horsetails, clovers, vetches, and marsh woundwort. Mosses are not sensitive. 

The product is absorbed through the leaves and translocated to the underground parts of the plant. Therefore, it is necessary to spray well-developed weeds with healthy green leaves that are not affected by fungal diseases, damaged by insects, or covered with mud or slurry. Effectiveness on weeds suffering from drought may be reduced. 

Roundup Extra is rapidly inactivated and broken down after contact with the soil.
